Gammon is just a better more expensive cut of Bacon.

Probaly, though I doubt it'd be called gammon since we tend to add the word quality infront of good meat and what not.

Wiki: BĂrria (accent on the first syllable) is a spicy Mexican meat stew usually made with goat, lamb, or mutton, often served during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Mother's Day, and weddings. Originally from Jalisco, it is a common dish in some Mexican food establishments. It is served with corn tortillas, onion, cilantro, and lime. My mom is from Jalisco, so she makes every so often. Never liked Mexican food much to be honest though.

That actualy looks pretty good, though I've never had lamb. I heard it's really soft.

I've never had it with Lamb, my mom makes it with cow meat. I'm not sure which cut, but the meat itself is not very good. However I'm a really picky eater, so it's just me.
If you want to try it I suggest finding someone to make it for you. Mexican restaurant food is rarely as good in my experience.
